The Trust/ Institution SAI ANNA LAXMI FOUNDATION is registered U/s.12AA ( l )( b)(i) of the I. T. Act w.e.f. the previous year relevant to the Assessment Year 2014-15 and its name is entered at CIT /CHN/ Tech/12A-46/ 2013-14 in the register of application under section 12AA maintained in the office of the Commissioner of Income Tax - I Kochi, as a Charitable Trust.
Approval under section 80G (5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, granting benefit of deduction under section 80G for donors to Sai Anna Laxmi Foundation (80G Certificate with the PAN # of the Foundation) will be mailed to every donor who has provided their Permanent Account Number (PAN)
